These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Livi Leads, for both the Business and Customer sides of the platform. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By registering for or using Livi Leads, you confirm that you can legally enter into this agreement and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of service
Livi Leads provides a Business workspace (dashboard, task and document management, quotations, invoicing, HR and payroll, and related tools) and a Customer experience (service listings, document and task tracking, job listings, and feedback). Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.
3. Accounts & responsibilities
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Businesses are responsible for the services, quotations, and invoices they publish or send through the platform. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated otherwise. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Affiliate & Sales Agent terms
Referral affiliates and Sales Agents are governed by the additional terms described on our Join Us page, including how payouts, recurring commission, and track changes work. Those terms are incorporated into this agreement for anyone participating in either program.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform — including posting fraudulent services or job listings, attempting to access other accounts without authorization, or using the platform to violate any applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Livi Leads and its logos, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. Content you upload — documents, service listings, job posts — remains yours; you grant us a license to host and display it as needed to operate the platform.
8. Third-party services
Some features rely on third-party providers, such as payment processing. Your use of those features may also be subject to that provider's terms.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Livi Leads is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including disputes between businesses and customers arranged through it.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Livi Leads is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Livi Leads after an update means you accept the revised terms.
